We provide warranty coverage for the new and remanufactured parts we supply.
The product inspection period is 14 days from the date of receipt. During this period, the customer may check the appearance, completeness, order compliance and general condition of the part.
If any damage, incorrect part number or other issue is found during inspection, please contact us and provide photos, videos and a description of the situation.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, improper operation, unauthorized repair, mechanical damage or use of the part for purposes other than intended.
To speed up the inspection process, please keep the packaging, documents and part markings until the inspection is completed.
